Instructions d'installation
Gmail (ordinateur)
  1. Gmail → ⚙️ Settings → See all settings → General.
  2. Scroll to Signature → + Create new (or pick an existing).
  3. Click the editor, then paste (Ctrl/Cmd-V) the rich-text copy.
  4. Below the editor, set Signature defaults for new emails AND replies.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.
Gmail (mobile)
  1. Open the Gmail app → ☰ menu → Settings → tap your account.
  2. Mobile Signature is plain text only. Paste the HTML source instead.
  3. Recommended: edit the desktop signature once — Gmail reuses it for mobile when 'Use mobile signature' is off.
Outlook (ordinateur)
  1. Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
  2. New → name it 'Aspyn AI'.
  3. Right-click in the editor → Paste with Source Formatting (Ctrl+Shift+V).
  4. Set as default for New messages AND Replies/forwards.
  5. Note: the 'aspyn' gradient falls back to solid pink in Outlook — that's expected, brand-approved.
Outlook Web
  1. Outlook on the web → ⚙️ Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
  2. Click into the signature editor and paste the rich-text copy.
  3. Tick 'Automatically include my signature on…' for both options.
  4. Save.
GoHighLevel
  1. Profile picture (top-right) → Settings → My Profile → Email Signature.
  2. Toggle the editor to Code view (the </> icon in the toolbar).
  3. Paste the HTML source (the second copy button on this page).
  4. Switch back to visual view to confirm — Save.
  5. For workflow email steps: same Code view paste at the bottom of the body.
Apple Mail (iPhone)
  1. Settings → Mail → Signature → pick the account.
  2. Tap the signature area to clear the default, then paste.
  3. Apple Mail on iOS pastes rich text fine; the HTML source path is not exposed.
